Summit Building Group was founded in 2020 by childhood friends Paul and Kelton who have a passion for creating new homes. We work in NC and build single family homes. We strive to maintain a consistent product. We look forward to working with you to create your family’s dream home!

Jennifer Masucci, also known by many as “The Energizer Bunny”, has found one of her greatest joys (this side of heaven, of course!) in helping people buy and sell homes. Having worn the hats of: “Missionary/youth leader”, “wife/stay-home Mom”, “Customer Service Advocate”, she found her professional niche at the age of 35 in real estate. When her youngest went to Kindergarten, she pursued her dream of becoming a real estate broker. This was in 2008. Fast forward 16 years; the years have been filled with hundreds of transactions and happy clients; opening her own real estate firm (Sun Valley Realty); and most recently adding her grown son to the team. When she isn’t looking for land in obscure places, figuring out a difficult repair negotiation, or sitting at a coffee shop with a new buyer, you’ll find her at the pottery wheel – creating works of art from lumps of clay. She enjoys teaching Bible studies for young adults, going for long runs on a sunny day, and traveling to beautiful places with her husband of 30 years. Having been recently given the privilege of joining Summit Building Group, Jennifer is excited to add to her list of favorite activities the joy of helping folks make their dream of owning a new construction home, at an affordable price, a reality.

Tony Garshnick, with over two decades of experience, has helped over 1,500 plus families in the Carolinas achieve homeownership. More than just a Mortgage Banker, Tony is a Certified Mortgage Planner who focuses on the complete financial well-being of his clients, guiding everything from first homes to vacation properties. He serves a diverse clientele, including those previously uncertain about buying due to financial constraints or credit issues. As a certified Military Mortgage Specialist, he provides dedicated support to community and national heroes. Outside work, Tony volunteers at his church and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, emphasizing faith, family, and financial stability.
